Red Pepper Mediterranean Restaurant (Indoor & Outdoor)

This inviting and convivial buffet restaurant boasts modern and comfortable decor and overlooks Cladissos private beach and the bay. It is the main restaurant of the resort and offers both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements and serves a wide range of starters, salads, mains and desserts carefully selected to suit all tastes and appetites.

Green Pepper Restaurant (Indoor & Outdoor)

Green Pepper is a brand-new buffet restaurant located close to “Red Pepper Restaurant” that offers a large terrace and panoramic sea views. In an atmospheric environment, guests will dine surrounded by exotic flowers and plants in colour and unique scents party. The walls are covered by climbing plants while the glass roof allows the natural light to brighten up the dining area.

Seasalt and Rosemary Restaurant (Indoor & Outdoor)

The casual atmosphere of this traditional Greek restaurant which overlooks the fishing village of Agia Pelagia is ideal for lunch and dinner. Located on the seafront it sits amongst pine trees, olive trees and rosemary bushes that create a picturesque atmosphere perfect to experience Cretan and Greek cuisine.

H20 Gourmet Grill Restaurant (Indoor & Outdoor)

Set alongside the Crystal pool this a la carte restaurant offers a romantic atmosphere enhanced each night by a water-music-light show.

Precieux Gourmet Restaurant (Indoor & Outdoor)

Located next to the main reception & lobby of the Exclusive Collection Hotel this exceptional restaurant with its magnificent view of the Aegean offers exquisite Greek creations and international gastronomic tastes and impeccable service. Opening for Breakfast for guests staying at the Exclusive Collection and giving the option of an exterior veranda surrounded by boungeavillias or an elegant interior makes it an ideal choice for an ultimate breakfast.

Amarando Beach Bar & Restaurant (Outdoor)

Located on Cladissos Beach the resort’s private beach the Amarando is a newly revamped restaurant with an open kitchen and BBQ area. Guests will satisfy their tastebuds with unique local delicatessen surrounded by a “boho summer style” environment.

Safran Pool Restaurant & Bar (Outdoor)

The Safran is an Italian restaurant offering a unique cliff setting affording spectacular Aegean Sea views. Open to all the guests for lunch and dinner it serves delicious seafood and Italian specialities.

Apleton Kosher Restaurant (indoor & outdoor):

A strictly Kosher restaurant is a place of conviviality for our kosher-keeping guests serving delightful flavours that are prepared with quality products provided by certified kosher distributors from France. Apleton is located in the centre of the resort with a sunny interior area and an outdoor terrace overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia.
