The complex is surrounded by a garden with lush vegetation such as pines, lemon and orange trees, flowers and herbs like basil and rosemary to name a few. Modern self-catering apartment complex was built in 1991 and offers 17 nicely furnished studios and 2 maisonettes for rent, all with balcony and a view of the Peloponnese, the Saronic Gulf and the lovely and impeccably maintained pool.

Family Apartment – Maisonette
It consists of two levels on the 1st and 2nd floor connected by an interior staircase and it can meet the needs 3-4 people. The lower level has a living room with hotel sofa that converts into two single beds and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a spacious balcony with partial sea view. The upper level has a bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea of Askeli, the mountain, the pool and the garden.
Suite For 2 Persons
A two-area suite, for 2 persons that consists of two levels on the 1st and 2nd floor, connected by an interior staircase. The top level has a bedroom with a king-size metal bed, bathroom and spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the pool, the surrounding Sferia area and the wonderful sunset over the Saronic Gulf. The lower level has a sitting area with couch and a fully equipped kitchen and also a spacious balcony with a partial view of the sea. A unique choice for your holiday.
