Superior Rooms
Superior Rooms are small apartments specially designed for couples or for 2 friends (having either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds).
They are traditionally decorated, fully equipped, located either by the pool or in the front of the hotel (next to the main street). They all have a private veranda with a partial view towards the sea (from the side of Ios Island), the fields and a garden view.
Room size: 22 m²
Bed options: 2 single beds or 1 double bed
 

Suite Pool View
Suites Pool / Sea View are apartments specially designed for couples that are more spacious than Superior Rooms. They are traditionally decorated, fully equipped and located by the pool. They all have a private veranda with a view towards the pool, the sea and the sunset from the side of Ios Island.
Room size: 25 m²
Bed options: 2 single beds or 1 double bed

 
Deluxe Suite
Deluxe Suites are very spacious rooms with 1 separate bedroom and either 1 second double bed or 2 twin beds in the living room.
These room types are designed for families of 4 persons. Τhey are fully and traditionally decorated and some of them provide private balconies.
Room size: 48 m²
Beds: 2 single beds and 1 double built-in bed or 2 double built-in beds.
 

Maisonette
Maisonette Suites Sea View are spacious apartments of traditional architecture with a loft, specially designed for couples in Honeymoon or families up to 3 persons. Some of these suites are located by the pool, they are fully and traditionally decorated. They all have private balconies, some of them with a wonderful view towards the sea and the sunset (some of the summer months) from the side of Ios Island.
Room size: 40 m²
Bed options: 1 double bed on the loft, 1 sofa bed and 2 single beds (on the ground floor)

Restaurant
Laokasti restaurant hasbeen recently refurbished in the beginning of 2016 and is running under new management.

Konstantinos Dimitriades (Head Chef) - created the menu, which is a culinary adventure, exploring the multi-dimensional flavors of Santorini. His traditional techniques use fresh local and seasonal ingredients to ensure his contemporary dishes retain the essence of Greek cuisine.
A menu presents the numbers of alluring dishes - traditional and inventive - that competes for attention. The team is constantly working on featuring new and delicious dishes that embrace local products of Santorini and seasonal ingredients.

Wine list - by local wineries.

The restaurant consists of an inside area as well as an outside area at the yard of the Restaurant. 

Wellness
While staying at "Laokasti Villas and Restaurant", the guests can enjoy the relaxing massage therapies and beauty treatments making their stay pleasant and achieving a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit.

Wellness sessions take place at the guest's room. Treatment catalogue is available at the reception desk where appointments can be scheduled.
 
Laokasti Villas and Restaurant also has a mini SPA that consists of a Sauna and a Jacuzzi (both upon appointment) and a gorgeous Swimming pool.
