The open-air restaurant and bar are situated on the beachfront of the cove, delivering the welcoming feel of the Cretan home. Breezy chill out tunes, play in perfect harmony with the sound of the waves breaking upon the sand. From sunrise to sunset, the atmosphere connects the worldly traveller to the three core elements of the design philosophy: earth, water, light. 

Their cuisine reflects the respect for seasonality as we fuse locally grown and sourced ingredients with the cultures of the Mediterranean and the Orient. Embarking on a delectable culinary adventure with the all-day and night à la carte menu, the guests may order from the comfort of their sun lounger or join them in the Beach House restaurant. A large selection of beverages is on offer at the Beach House to satisfy even the most demanding palate. Ocean Restaurant
Overlooking the infinity pool and the cove, the refined ambience of the Ocean Restaurant is your departure point for a memorable journey around the world of sumptuous cuisine. Its Mediterranean-influenced menu uses fresh ingredients in a creative way and is the passport to an exciting culinary adventure. The Ocean also serves breakfast exclusively to Suite and Villa guests.
 

Pangea
The ideal place to dine and take in the landscape of the cove with uninterrupted views to the Aegean Sea. This international food bazaar boasts dishes from around the world including delectable vegetarian and vegan options. In the grill corner, the experienced chefs cook meat and fish over natural wood fires. Featuring a new, contemporary and elegant design, the restaurant has a buffet menu which takes alfresco dining to another level.
 

Taverna
Taverna is a Greek à la carte venue overlooking the cove offering a special ambience, particularly at night. Taverna serves superb local specialties with a fine selection of Greek and international wines. Fish is a must-taste dish here with a fresh catch arriving every day by kaiki boats.

 
Crystal Box
The Crystal Box is a bar with its own contemporary and comfortable outside lounge, offering a spectacular panorama of the bay — the perfect place to sit, sip a signature cocktail and unwind. You can also relax in its cool, stylish and elegant interior, and see those incredible views from another perspective: framed through dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows. 

The colourful cocktail menu is constantly enriched with the mixologists’ inspirations featuring Daios Cove signature cocktails. Water sports centre
With expert tuition and supervision from the trained water sports staff, guests can take a trip around the bay in canoes, kayaks and pedalos or have fun on water-bikes and stand-up paddle boards. Private yachts, motorboats and catamarans are available for rent and sail, too.


Scuba diving
Both novices and veteran divers can experience an unforgettable undersea adventure at Daios Cove. The diving centre features approved coaching from trained PADI diving professionals for all levels, from beginners through to expert. Underwater excursions, including a visit to a shipwreck, are also available.
 

Tennis courts
Whatever their level — be they serious tennis pros or just-for-fun players — tennis fans will love the two courts with artificial grass surfaces. These are floodlit, too, so games don’t have to be played in the heat of the afternoon sun.

That’s why childcare is such an important part of the Daios family holiday experience: mum and dad can escape for a little bit of ‘us’ time, secure in the knowledge that their children are being looked after by a dedicated team of childcare specialists.
 
Babies and toddlers are supervised in the Crèche Club by UK childcare experts Worldwide Kids Co, with qualified nursery staff meeting UK standards and regulations. Meanwhile, older kids can check in for fun at the well-equipped Children’s Club where friendly, highly trained multilingual staff will make them feel at home and provide games and activities.
