Nicolas Villas is a 3 star hotel and apartment complex situated in mononautis of agia pelagia, 18 km west of Iraklion City. Agia Pelagia is a well known tourist resort with hotels, restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops.

Nikolas Villas is a cluster of 35 furnished appartments.  All the appartments are built in an exquisite area of 5000 metres full of green lawn, several types of trees and colorful, scented flowers. They provide a bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace with table and chairs with view either to the sea or to the pool or to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, electrical cooking plates, oven, coffee-machine, kettle and cooker-hood), telephone with direct connection and hairdryer. They also provide safe box and air-condition on request at extra charge for all the appartments.
