The hotel's name comes from Prince Stafilos the first settler on the island.
The hotel is undoubtedly one of the most recognized luxury 4+ star hotels in the Sporades islands. The hotel is built following the traditional Pelion architecture together with absolute respect for the local environment, followed the traditional way of building slabs Pelion stones of the wider region and wooden frames of timber from the region of Western Macedonia. The hotel is recognized from a distance by the characteristic roof of Pelion stone, bringing back memories of traditional houses and mansions of other eras. It respects the natural environment and is a good example of remarkable Greek architecture. It is situated in an ideal location for relaxing and restful holidays.

There are different types of rooms to suite your taste. Choose from double rooms with sea-view or others overlooking the green mountains of the island. Or if your have a family, enjoy your stay at the triple rooms or choose one of the suites. Suites can be extended to include two bedrooms. All the rooms are fully equipped with every comfort, and tastefully furnished. They all include full air conditioning, direct dial telephone with accessories for fax, safe, minibar, TV system with video and music channels and a writing desk. They have private balconies, many with a view to Skopelos town and others to the gardens.

Dip into the refreshing pool, relax and enjoy a sumptuous array of summer delicacies and specialties from the snack menu, offered everyday at poolside.
