Bill & Coo Lounge Bar serves an array of island-style cocktails and light snacks, perfect to indulge in while watching the world – known Mykonian ocean sunsets. Innovative, mixologist-crafted cocktails are infused with fruits and herbs and are served alongside native – inspired shared platters to create a culinary adventure that is as inspiring as it is memorable. Lounge music and the dazzling water create the backdrop to Bill & Coo’s Lounge Bar, making this the most excellent place to enjoy a refreshing drink.

Beefbar Mykonos 
Beefbar Mykonos is the new day-to-night meat restaurant-bar “with a twist”, on Agios Ioannis beach, just 5 kilometers south from Mykonos town. The brainchild of Ricardo Giraurdi, BeefBar Mykonos is classy yet unpretentious, a place where meat lovers of all ages can relax, enjoy amazing food and savour the moments of unhurried finesse on the beach.

The restaurant-bar is welcoming and comforting, just like the food served: grilled finest quality meat cuts from Asia, South America, United States and Europe, scrumptious sides, a top selection of cocktails, wine and aperitifs in a contemporary beach setting that celebrates intimacy and togetherness as part of the Mediterranean culture and cuisine, combined with international flair.

Mornings at BILL & COO are all about having a great start to the day. Eggs Benedict or a fresh fruit platter? Smoked salmon or pancakes with fresh berries? The team of chefs are entirely at your service as they create delicious breakfast and brunch dishes to begin your day. It's your choice of where to dine: at the sunny veranda overlooking the pool deck, in your suite or on your private balcony-veranda.

Located in close proximity to the hotel’s infinity pool and reception area, the Valmont Spa Mykonos is easily accessible upon reservation to both in-house and day guests, offering a wide range of customized services in a soothing, relaxing environment. Boasting two spacious spa suites at which you can enjoy Valmont facials, massages and beauty treatments. Additionally, Valmont Spa Mykonos provides designated changing rooms.
