The small and cosy seaside complex consists of 7 independent white washed studios built right before the sea with a direct and infinite view to the open sea to Livadi coastline and the nearby islets.
Elegance meets traditional architecture, privacy meets comfort, open sea meets natural landscape. This naturalistic blend is also evident in the open garden area with the organic planting and relaxation points available to all guests. The staff of the hotel is also ready to help the guests with anyting they need for and answer any possible questions they may have.

The Exclusive Studio (just one in the whole premise) is a deluxe en-suite studio located on the first floor with a double-mattress double-bed, fully equipped kitchenette and sitting area, private balcony with sitting table and wooden swing and unobstructed sea view. The interior area is approximately 30 m² and it is ideal for 2 persons.
Seaside Studios:
The Seaside Studios (there are 4 studios in the premise) are deluxe en-suite studios located on the ground floor with a twin bed or with a double-mattress double-bed, fully equipped kitchenette and sitting area, a private balcony with unobstructed sea view and direct access to the common garden area. The interior area is approximately 30 m² and they can accommodate 2-3 persons.
Gardenside studios:
The Gardenside Studios (there are 2 studios in the premise) are deluxe en-suite studio located on the ground floor with a twin bed, fully equipped kitchenette and sitting area, a private balcony with sea view and direct access to the common garden area.
