The traditional hotel Stis Giagias Evgenias is situated within 37km away from the city of Ioannina at an altitude of 990m in the entrance of Vitsa village of Zagorohoria.
This newly established hotel was named after the beloved grandmother that has been offering its services since the Spring of 2007. Tasteful, antique decorative elements are featured in the public interior areas, whilst each one of the bright guest rooms is fitted with fine furnishings and wooden floors. Modern touches include LCD TV, with DVD/CD player and independent heating. Guests will also find a sewing kit, Mastic Spa bathroom toiletries and bathroom cap.
Breakfast includes handmade, traditional pies, homemade bread, jams and other local delicacies. Stis Giagias Evgenias offers an all-day snack bar, where guests can relax with a cup of coffee or a drink, or watch TV by the fireplace.
Set just only 2km from the famous Vikos Canyon, the area is ideal for activities, such as horse riding, trekking and climbing, or kayak and rafting in the rivers Voidomatis, Aoos and Arathos. The city of Ioannina is 37km away.
