Nireas seaside studios & apartments is a holiday complex of 5,385m2 and is located in the northern part of Corfu in the centre of Acharavi one of Corfu’s most popular tourist resorts.
The holiday studios and apartments are conveniently located less than five minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants of the village of Acharavi and 38km from the Town of Corfu. The sea side studios and apartments consist of five independent buildings that are either two or three storey high and in total they cover 27% of the total estate surface facilitating the comforts of a stress free and economic holiday in Corfu providing a home atmosphere away from home. The remaining 73% of the estate surface is covered in vegetation with lawns and beautifully shaped gardens ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation in one of the prime vacation resorts world-wide attracting thousands of visitors every year.

One Bedroom Apartment:
One bedroom apartments for 2 - 4 Persons. They consist of one air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom with hairdryer, sitting room with kitchen corner and a satellite TV and two spacious shaded verandas with garden view. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people where 2 people sleep in the sitting room on a couch that turns into two beds. They have an independent entrance and are located in the building 1, 3,5.
Apartment:
These apartments occupy just one floor of a building and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. They consist of two air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom with hairdryer, sitting room with satellite TV and two spacious shaded verandas with garden view. They can accommodate 4 to 6 people where 2 people sleep in the sitting room on a couch that turns into two beds. They are located on either the ground or first floor of their block.
Superior Apartment:
They consist of two air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room with a kitchen corner, satellite TV and spacious shaded veranda with garden view. They are located in the building 2.
Maisonette Apartment:
On the first floor there is one air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, sitting room with a kitchen corner and satellite TV. On the second floor there is one air-conditioned roof-top bedroom and a bathroom. The two floors connect with an interior staircase and balcony in full view of the sitting room while the wooden roof-top creates a cosy environment. These apartments accommodate between 4 and 6 people where 2 people sleep in the sitting room on a couch that turns into two beds. They are located in the building 1,3,5.
SeaFront View Studio:
The studio is on the second floor of the building with an independent entrance and consists of two main air-conditioned rooms. There is a fully furnished 15 m2 bedroom with a satellite TV and an 11.33m2 sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen corner. The 5.8 m2 bathroom has a hairdryer and is located between the two rooms. The studio rooftop is wooden making it a cosy atmosphere. The studio connects to a 20 m2 roof-terrace which is built in a way that ensures privacy from the beach crowds and the neighbouring houses.
