This hotel is a combination of traditional & modern architecture, situated just 150m from the beach and 1km from the city centre of Kos.
Meeting Ilias Sifakis, the hotel-owner and seeing how he attends to each one of his guests will remind guests of the meaning of Filoxenia (hospitality), Filotimo (pride), Parea (company): three words uniquely found in the greek vocabulary and way of life which guests are very welcome to experience.

Aegean Studios:
The Aegean Studios are spacious and bright, they have modern decoration and are assembled with modern furnishing and fine linen. They come with a balcony or veranda with a beautiful view of the hotel’s garden. They provide guests with a fully equipped kitchenette in case guests want to prepare their own meals. The studios can accommodate up to two people with the possibility of a combined stay for six since they have internal connecting doors to some of the Aegean Suites which can lodge four people.
Aegean Apartments:
The Aegean apartments have beautiful decoration with ample, luminous spaces, outfitted with modern furnishing and fine linen. They have a great view of the hotel’s pool or garden via their balconies or verandas. In addition to a comfortable bedroom, they offer a living room and a small kitchen area that is fully equipped in case guests want to prepare their own meals. They are perfect for families since they can accommodate three adults and a child or a teenager up to 15 years old or two adults with two children making use of the sofa-bed in the living room and the folding mattress under the couch.
Aegean Family Suites:
Designed to look more like houses than hotel rooms, the spacious and homely Aegean Suites comprise a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room, arranged in separated areas. They are beautifully decorated and have a balcony or veranda with a great view of the pool or the garden. They also provide guests with modern furnishing and fine linen. The commodious suites can accommodate up to four people with the possibility of a combined stay for six since they have internal connecting doors to some of the Aegean Studios which can lodge two people.
