The small familyowned Hotel is situated in a quiet One-Way-Street in Malia , in the local part of the town.
It was opened in 2004. The distance to the Heraklion Airport is 35 km. The most closed Beach is 1 km away and to the center of the town with shops of any kind, tavernas, cafeterias, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, local bus station only 5 min. walk away.
Maliatim is suitable for families and quite people only.

The 2- floor building consists of 17 apartments different sizes. The apartments are between 25 m2 and 45 m2 big, for 2- 4 persons, some of the apartments are in Maisonette-Style.
Accommodation
2 separate rooms, with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, shower/WC, and telephone.
Safe and air-condition with extra charge. 3 times per week cleaning-service and 2 times per week change of linen and towels.
Most apartments do have a balcony.
