Perivolas Restaurant 
In a converted wine cellar, the serene Perivolas restaurant caters exclusively to the guests. The Chef Theodoros Kakoulis has created a contemporary Greek menu and daily specials using the flavorful seasonal local produce, served with unaffected simplicity.
Enjoy an elegant lunch of grilled octopus, shrimp saganaki and a variety of other Aegean mezedes by the pool. Full of fresh aromas and flavors this menu guarantees a culinary journey of Greece and the Mediterranean that will please the eye as well as the palate.
The tranquil poolside terraces offer the perfect dining experience, as well as great views of the sunset. In the evening, the menu features seasonal favorites, including slow roasted lamb, as well as the freshest fish served in a style that will satisfy the most discerning and the most health-conscious of the guests. Chef, Theodoros Kakoulis, is always happy to accommodate any dietary requirements and special requests of the guests.
For cocktails gather around the candlelit infinity pool or linger at the bar over a glass of wine from the selected wine list curated by oenologist Panos Zoumboulis, while candlelight reflects off hand-sculpted walls.
