Our Policy to prevent infection and transmission of COVID-19
This summer is different for everyone, however we have decided on a series of measures, procedures and collaborations, to offer our customers, as always, quality service on their vacation in beautiful and safe surroundings. Please be informed below about the adjustments to our operations, which were decided for the safety of all of us and in accordance with the requirements of the Greek Legislation:
Guest arrival – Front desk
• Possibility for Online Check-in on the hotel’s mobile application
• Special floor marking for social distancing in the reception area
• Plexiglas protection on reception desk
• The keys and cards of the room are delivered disinfected to the customer
• Check-out 11:00 am – Check-in 15:00 pm
• Our staff is able and properly trained to provide detailed information about our current Policy
• Possibility for contactless payment
• Certified doctor for Covid - 19 on call
Public areas
• An intensive cleaning and disinfection program is followed, with special emphasis on points and surfaces of frequent use (toilets, table surfaces, knobs, elevator buttons)
• Special floor marking for social distancing where needed.
• Disinfectant dispensers have been placed in all appropriate locations, such as outside each elevator and in all shared toilets.
Rooms
• As we are obliged by the Greek Covid-19 protocols of operation for more sparse visits to the rooms, the cleaning of the room and changing of linen will be done every 3 days. However, if the customer wants more frequent cleaning, he can ask for it at the reception.
• Great care is taken in cleaning the room. "Dirty" work, such as picking up used linen and cleaning the toilet, is not done at the same time as "clean" work, such as laying linen and cleaning the rest of the room. To perform the "dirty work" disposable protective clothing is used always by the cleaning person.
• Decorative items such as decorative pillows and bedding as well as all printed material and stationery have been removed.

Restaurant & Bar
• All restaurants and bars have been certified according to the ISO 22000:2005 international food safety standard.
• The opening hours of the main restaurant may be subject to changes, in order to better serve our guests. In any case, customers will be appropriately informed.
• Some changes have been made to the buffet but not to the quality of our dishes. There are serving stations where our trained staff will serve the customers instead of self service.
Children
• Open air playground. All equipment cleaned and disinfected under intensive program.
Spa
• Spa will operate, according to the safety protocols. Provided information about the current procedures and the services provided at the spa reception.
Outdoor pools & Beach
• Shower gel placed in the showers to use before entering the pool and after leaving it.
• The sunbeds are specially arranged in the space so as to maintain social distancing.
• Sunbeds are disinfected after each use. Only towels provided by the hotel specifically for use on the beach and the pool are used.
Our Staff
• Body temperature is checked every day before starting to work.
• Certified Training in all departments in Covid-19 protocols of operation and regular training of the employees
• Follows all key measures to prevent transmission of Covid-19
• Properly uses the Personal Protective Equipment required for each job position
• Person responsible to control the compliance to the Greek Covid-19 protocols of operation and also responsible for the action plan in case of a Covid – 19 incident
