Xenia Portaria includes three conference and reception halls, which meet all the necessary specifications for the successful realization of every professional and private event.
Iolkos conference hall, with a capacity of 10 up to 90 pax, is located in the main building, on the ground floor of the hotel. Natural lighting through the big windows, delicate fabrics with tints of blue and brown, a big TV LCD and a sitting room suite with 4 comfortable armchairs characterize this hall, which can be separated in two parts and it is also used as a TV room.
Kentavros and Pileas are located in the surrounding area of the hotel next to the pool, surrounded by pine trees. These magnificent structures with traditional architecture are recently renovated and they communicate with connecting doors. Natural lighting from the windows that have a wonderful view of the city of Volos, combined with white tiles and beige silk curtains, makes the room even more luminous. The stone verandah of Kentavros is suitable for coffee brakes while gaping at the peerless view.

Breakfast is served in the Restaurant «Belvedere» on the ground floor of the hotel, from 08:00 till 10:30 in the morning. If you wish you may also take Continental breakfast in your room till 11:00.

The Room Service is available from 12:30 to 15:30 and 18:00 to 22:00 (specifically on Friday and Saturday), last order at 22:30. They offer light dishes and beverages. Make your choice from the wine list. The service is available with an extra 10% charge on your total order.
